Setup WordPress MU site with remote support

We have setup a Word press MU site for a client who took a 1 month remote support contract with us. This entailed logging on to their system and and installing the software and the plugins they wanted. We then went trough training the client how to to do the Administration tasks. By taking the short term support contract, they can call for questions they may have or modifications they may want. This is an example of how our remote support contracts work.

The PTS Radio station is up in testing

New version of PTS Mail Utilities

We are working on the new version (10) of the PTS Mail Utilities. We are at a stage where we are testing on our systems. As we test we are updating the webconfigurator to match the upgraded tests as well as the new tests we are adding. Follow us everyday in this blog to keep up with our progress. If at some point you would like to participate in the tests, let us know.

Upgrading freebsd 8 to freebsd 9 remotely

We had a project to update freebsd 8 to freebsd 9 remotely. This entailed doing a series of upgrades and reboots. Everything went as planned and they are on FreeBsd 9.
