We are now providing after hours support for our users of our remote support contracts. There is an additional fee of $1,500 for the service. This will provide twenty four hours support for your system. You will have access to a tech when you need it. This means that if you go down, we will be there to bring you back up. This includes Windows (workstations and servers), Unix,Linux, FreeBSD, and more. We will work with you until your system is back up and running.

Some of tests the ptstuneup utility performs on your workstation:
creates a restore point
disk cleanup
checks for windows updates
runs check disk and defrag on all drives
runs Microsoft Security essentials if installed an updates definitions
empties the recycle bin
